Why no Creepshow Sequel with Romero?

Its clear that when you come across this title and its sequel, that Romero is here simply to drawn in viewers who love his "Dead" films and of course the the first two Creepshow films(he had nothing to do with the 3rd film and that wasn't even a Creepshow film until it was finished).
I wonder why Romero, Savini, Zemeckis and/orKing don't just return and do more anthology films, or hell bring back Tales From the Crypt
