Were the buildings off limits last night ?
I didn't see any runners take advantage of the old western town or any building that had doors open. So were they off limits ?

Probably. In all the shows I've seen so far I've never seen a hunter enter a building and start searching under tables and in closets and stuff. So, most likely it is against the rules to just go into a building and hide.
Otherwise a good strategy would be to do exactly that; go into a building and hide in a closet. Then, with five minutes left in the game, come out and run for the exit.
That would be pretty boring.
