THIS ISN'T AF UCKING REMAKE! IF IT WAS THEY WOULD DO THE SAME STORYLINE. THEY WOULD USE THE SAME NAMES. THE SAME LOCATIONS..THE SAME PREMISE! JESUSF UCKING CHRIST! Since when is the male lead BLACK? Since when is the girlfriend CHINESE? Since when is the handyman's last name Han? OK I'm going to start yelling again cause Hollywood (race) screwed up another Classic!
1) it's DANIEL not Trey?
2) it's Mr Myagi not Mr Han?
) It took place in California not China!
4) it was karate not Kung Fu
And the list goes on. The kid( cannot remember his name a I really don't care to) but he needs to be on lithium, prozac,or all of the mental drugs cause this nutjob needs to be institutionalized! Him and his sister both need to spend some time in the mental ward. Not to mention their mom is a racist pig. It's a shame cause I liked will Smith until he hooked up to that skeleton looking RacistB itch. THIS ISN'T A REMAKE- IT'S A JOKE!

Just because they changed ages, locations and characters names doesn't mean it's not a remake, you fúcking idiot.

It's literally the same plot. Kid moves to a new city with his single mom. He's bullied by the local kid and has a crush on a local girl. He says he hates his new home.
The bullies kick the kids ass but an old man intervenes. The kid asks old man who knows karate to teach him so he can fight the bullies. Old man complies but first he teaches kid to do something unrelated to karate. It turns out it was a lesson all along.
Both go to dojo where old ma asks the... Ah, fúck it, you know how it goes. It's literally the same movie with a black kid. End of the story.
