Bad Advertising, Good Show.

When i saw this show advertised my stomach automatically when into a knot. Another ' the office ' like piece of garbage with a little ' blue collar comedy tour thrown in.

Well i gave it a watch when i had nothing else to do, and i have to say i was pleasently surprized.

The show, is surprizingly low-key the humor coming from the charecters being done well, and thier interactions, not to mention the neat bits of improve they throw in.

This show reminds me of some of the better Brit-coms out there, such as the young ones, bottom, or spaced. And it really seems to succeed when they do go a bit over the top, because usually it is done at just the right time. '

I am not going to say this show is a solid 10, it does have some drawbacks, such as very loosely plotted episodes, and a somewhat poor supporting cast. But it is starting to become a favorite of mine up there with Trailer park boys, or Spaced. And if the second season is as decent, it might have some serious lasting power.

Spike, most of your original shows have sucked, very very badly, but this is a diamond in the rough. Keep up the good work.
