What's up with these movie titles that have absolutely nothing to do with the movie. Instead of trying to be all poetic and artistic why don't they just keep it simple. I mean give us some type of hint as to what the movie is about. Titles like 'American Violet' 'Paper Moon' 'Monster's Ball' 'The Color Purple' 'Under the Cherry Moon' 'Their eyes were watching God' I could go on and on but these movie titles are very misleading.

Seriously? "The Color Purple" and "Their Eyes Were Watching God" were movies based on books by the same name. So anyone familiar with the book would know what those movies were about.
