He may have gotten off without much damage in this movie but this movie has had an effect on the REAL D.A. that was involved in the real case. His name is John Paschall. The movie brought a lot of negative attention to Mr. Paschall. So perhaps justice is being served through the legacy of this film! Film does effect real life!

Negative attention. *smh* This racist, POS destroy so many innocent lives and all he got was "negative attention". Some of these southern white people are something else I tell you.
