who pronounces it the bUried life?

Everyone keeps saying the BERRIED life. I don't get it!
Buried is supposed to rhyme with "hurried", not "hairied".

You are one of the few that pronounce it like that. It can be said either way, but the most common is rhyming with "married"

Most people pronounced it like like married? Maybe those from New England

I usually pronounce it like hurried, but sometimes berried.

I like California.

I just wanted to keep that there because I totally meant to say I live in California.

I live in California, and we say berried.

it actually is pronounced "berried" the phonetics for it are bear-eed. You can't say bur-eed
