Gregg Valentino contradicts himself in this

I watched a documentary about him on YouTube where he acknowledges the deadly side effects of steroid use and how using them is like a ticking time bomb waiting to come out in the form of a heart attack, stroke, ect. Then in Bigger, Stronger, Faster he does a 180 on this comment and basically praises steroids and says there is nothing about them that can be proven dangerous. I'm not sure which documentary was made first but I sense this guy may be completely full of crap when he talks. Sucks though, because he comes off as a pretty funny guy.
