DOES SNOOP'S HOUSE SEEM TO BE RATHER SMALL??

Ok! I am convinced this show is FAKE! Is it their real house on the show? It seems like an average size house for a family with an average income. It seems like the house is WAY to small for Snoop and his large family!

reply

I agree! And what's with the broken tiles on the floor?

reply

I knew that folks on IMDB would not let me down. I do not know why Snoop is trying to promote a lifestyle that he does not live himself and label it as "hood." Millions of working class African Americans live in impoverished neighborhood and do not have households like this!!! Why is he trying so hard to reinforce this stereotype?? It is pitiful!

reply

What is your purpose of hatin' on his show. If it's so fake and so scripted then quit watching it!

reply

I have, but since I am not the in audience segment the show it targeted to (non-blacks), It really doesn't matter what I do.

reply

In interviews his wife always talk about how they want their kids to be grounded, and not let the money get to their head.
Hence the average house...

actually... i've seen that house b4. he's been there for a while. it's in diamond bar, ca and i remember that one of his sons played pop warner there. it's in a gated community with a lot of huge houses (trust me, my ex's father used to live there and some of those houses r ridiculously huge!) so yeah, it's a real house, i doubt it's the only one he has though.

The only thing that I can say about the house is that it does seem rather small but Shante said herself on a show that I was watchin that she doesn't want the family to be all into the "Rich" and "Famous" life. So I guess this is her way of tryin to promote that.

reply

i know my house is bigger than his and my parents are not even rich

reply

according to these websites, the one he showed on cribs is
up for sale, so perhaps this more modest one is temporary

do u guys have a problem with some celebrities with small houses maybe some of them dont want to spend a whole lot of money to buy a big house.

reply

Word is Snoop has money problems and was forced to put his big house up for sale and move to a smaller house.

he's probably doing this show because he needs the money

It ain't cheap avoiding the pokey. TMZ has learned that Calvin Broadus (aka Snoop Dogg), is selling his mansion in Claremont, Calif. for an icy $2 million.

The property comes fully loaded, with 8 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and 6,500 square feet of living space. With marble floors, a gourmet chef's kitchen, home theater, recording studio, pool, spa, and a tennis/basketball court, it's everything an indicted rapper could ever hope to unload to pay legal bills.

The sale comes on the heels of DoggFather's various legal issues. As TMZ first reported, Snoop was arrested several times in the last year, including pinches in Los Angeles, Orange County and London. Last week, the multi-arrestee was sentenced to five years of formal probation and 800 hours of community service, resulting from felony gun and marijuana charges

I'm from the city that snoop lives in and have seen houses like this. Actually the house is built on a hill so the level that you see from the outside is the top level. It continues going down (usually these houses have three stories). So you wouldnt be able to tell from the street-view that the show gives but the house is probably pretty large.

I am one of Snoop's neighbors. We live in a very nice gated community with multi-million dollar homes here. As you can see from the beginning of the show in the credits with the guarded gate, white fences, etc. Snoop's house only looks small. Some of the houses up here look small or like a one-story but then they go down the back of a hill and are actually 3-story houses with elevators too. I don't know how long he has lived here but I have been here for almost 8 years and he has been here since before I moved here. He is a great guy and his family is all very nice. I often see him & his famous friends around the neighborhood. I first met him at the gas station by where we live and he was very nice. Shante gets her nails done the same place I do. They are a great family and nice neighbors. I am sure to an extent some things on the show may be staged as they are in most "reality" shows. However, I can assure you that the house really IS his actual house. He may have other houses (as do many of us up here) but this is where the family lives and the kids are raised. The family is close and they like the comfort of this home.

I've partied at Snoop Doggs house. Its really big. There is a secret sex room with whips and nipple clamps and sexy outfits and mirrors on the ceiling. His records are all of the wall and he has Cristal on tap and the entire house is shaped like a giant doghouse with pot leaf shaped doors...

reply

Ummm, Okay

Snoop is an OG... he doesn't need a huge house, he's from the hood. All he wants is to live comfortably with his family. He has a bunch of houses all over the country, why does he have to live in an exaggeratedly big house?

Pretend this is clever.

reply

Despite the "size" of his house, it is quite large compared to the average upper middle class family. In addition to the fact that his house is also in an exclusive neighborhood in prime real estate, it's not so cheap anymore.

reply

he got this house bcause it was in a neighborhood with people to meet and greet and its suitable for the famz.
