Which places are still affected by water privatization?

This movie is a few years old, and I can't find information regarding which nations are still affected by water privatization. Specifically I'm interested in the lesser-developed nations that have to pay a certain fee to get clean water. Vivendi/Thames Water/Suez websites don't have a page titled "Nations we're *beep* over", so finding this information is pretty difficult. Thanks in advance.
