Is anybody else experiencing this? (Spoilers)

I recently completed the Xbox 360 version of “Lego Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures” to 100% and unlocked all of the achievements. I was playing as Han Solo on the “Young Indy” level a couple of days ago when I noticed that the snakes in the pit, just before the lion, disappeared after I crossed the plank that breaks. I jumped into the pit to see what would happen and, after losing a life, Han's face appeared distorted (e.g. when he stands still and grins, a flesh-color vertical line appears down the middle of his face, when he points his blaster, his facial features disappear, etc). I finished the level and exited the game, but after inserting the disc awhile later, Han's face continues to appear distorted whenever I play as him.

I know the game has glitches, but I don't recall anything like this happening with Han, before. I’ve tried retracing my actions and jumping into the invisible snake pit (they only disappear when I'm on the same side as the lion) as several other characters (including my two custom ones), but none of their faces become distorted, Han is the only one (I’m not sure if this glitch is related to the “Young Indy” level, achieving 100% completion, or something else). I'm not particularly concerned as it isn't a major glitch, but I am curious to know if anybody else has experienced this distorted face glitch while using Han Solo or knows how to correct/reverse it?
