we're stuck

hey, we're on the 2nd mission "There she goes again" and I can't figure out how to get Robin across to the 1st Catwoman appearance. Batman sailed across and then turned that bridge thing, but I have no idea how to get Robin up to the bridge or across the chasm. He keeps falling or just grabbing those hang-bars. anyone help?
