Surprisingly Decent Cast

This will still most likely be an absolutely excruciating movie to watch, but the cast isn't all THAT bad. A lot of them have all done great work at one time or another, so MAYBE the stars will somehow align and the cinema gods will bestow upon us a film worthy of being mentioned among the great sports/boxing related dramas.

But it's probably about as likely as La Motta climbing back into the ring himself for one last hurrah...
