Don't pass judgement so quickly on a film you haven't seen, even if the idea of it is a turn off to you.

Apparently, this was made with the consent and input of the still-living Jake LaMotta. He wasn't turned off by the idea, so let's wait and see.

I'm a huge LaMotta fan, but you gotta take it with a pinch of salt.
The guy is 92 years old, anyone a that age loses their marbles a little, let alone a guy that took many many repeated punches to the head to make a living.
