This must be the last wallander..Lassgård played wallander, then Christer Henriksson took over. But this one is from 2007(and Lasgård plays again??) and he retires in the end, so this must be the very last of wallander,right??!

No. The great KENNETH BRANAGH is doing a British Wallander now! Also filmed in the areas around Ystad in Sweden. Check out "Sidetracked" (2008) (TV), Branagh's first venture into the Wallander-franchise.
shareI get confused with all the different Wallanders too. Having watched Rolf Lassgard's final Wallander where he appears to have been put out to pasture with Alzheimers, the next thing I see on UK TV is a Krister Henriksson series where things are completely different - and it appears that they were not made one after the other, but many of them within the same time frame. Then there's Kenneth Branagh's Wallander which I don't like as much - I think the Swedish ones are much better.
