Creepy Cop Dad and Daughter

What the hell is up with the daughter full on making out with TJ, opening her shirt and saying come get some, and making jokes about leather leashes in front of the dad, and the dad just giving a smile and laughing like "you kids are funny!!" The whole dynamic was weird, creepy, and unnecessary.
