Does anyone know who played the female singer that Peyton questions about the note? I could swear she looks like Farrah Forke, with brown hair? and her mannerisms and voice were similar too? However Farrah has no jobs listed since 05, she had twins...

I believe it's Heather Hanson, an actress from Montreal.

She is played by Heather Hanson. She is listed in the credits by her first name ONLY, Taylor.
