Did you really think that Cate and Stewart made a good couple? He was so controlling and couldn't see her side of any issues. She obliged him and said she didn't want kids only because he already had kids. He was a bully too. He shamed Cate when he called at the end and if I'd been her, I would never have returned to him. Plus, he was too old for her.
Now, Conner was more her age and obviously was into her as she was into him. It was obvious to me that he was a much better match for her. Although, I have to admit that I didn't think they had any chemistry with each other.
