People bashing this movie makes me laugh

As if the franchise were any legit.

The first movie was fresh, original, good, I liked it.

Then, after it, all they did was milking the franchise, doing the same over and over again. The Hollywood execs were happy to get people's hard earned money giving them the same, over and over again with the sequels.

Oddly, rather than being pissed off for getting the same in FD2 and FD3, people bash this sequel alone. What a weird world.

People take these movies way too seriously. I've never outright hated an entry.

Taking it too seriously how?? You mean expecting or hoping to enjoy it? Maybe it just SUCKS to most people. That is such a tired defense for a bad movie, "people are taking it too seriously". No, its stupid and bad!

At least you know what you are going to get with any of the FD films, no nasty surprises(if you see what I mean). There is a tragedy, some live and some die, then the fun is seeing who dies and in which excruciatingly painful or utterly ridiculous way.

The Long Walk stops every year, just once.

...or utterly ridiculous way.
That hospital death would have to win that award wouldn't it? An overflowing bathtub crashing through the concrete floors of a hospital? Yeah, right!

The deaths in the Final Destination movies make me think of the song "Odds Are" by Barenaked Ladies.

No one takes this franchise seriously :S People enjoy this film for what it is: A fun, enjoyable horror franchise. I love this franchise and really hope part 6 and 7 would come out.
But yeah, this installment was absolutely the worst in this series and I couldn't finish watching it. 3rd one had a great death set-ups. This one? No set-ups. All the deaths were lame and the characters were one-dimensional.... even for this franchise's standard.
The worst death has to be the bathtub death, as everyone else has mentioned. And the pool death? Seriously?
