also lawsuits and wrongful death lawsuits!

For example, the nurse is criminally negligent for leaving the water running when it was almost full and leaving the faucet running.

The construction company and the workers are ALL criminally negligent for leaving construction stuff in a mess waiting for an accident to happen (and it did happen).

Like I said, torts, torts, and more torts!!

Yeah, especially since Nick warned the construction guy about that being dangerous.
