you're right its not.

ta-ta is a Polish word for dad (father). You can read in Sam actor bio he comes from Polish family so this explains he said ta-ta, ta-taa, ta-taaa in the movie.

In Arameic Hebrew the word suppose to be: fa-te with an accent on -te
