I still have extremely fond memories of tuning into the original Cupid and loving it. It was a great series cut far too short.

That said, I also really enjoy watching Cupid 2009. I think the thing to keep repeating is "similar idea, not the same show, apples and oranges". Because 2009 is an entirely different animal than the 1998. The best word that I can use to decribe 2009 is effervescent and for 1998? Cynical.
