Anachronisms:When Bug puts on a cowboy hat and mounts a horse, Dick ridicules him as looking "like a pink Chuck Norris." Chuck Norris was known only as a martial-arts/action movie star in 1983, a full decade before his first traditional Western role as the title character in Walker, Texas Ranger. ... Someone contact IMDB because this is wrong. Lone Wolf McQuide was released in 1983 and he plays a texas ranger. First off, just because a cowboy hat is being worn doesn't specifically mean that the character is a cowboy (traditional western role?). It only means that they were referring to a character in which Norris played that wore a cowboy hat. He clearly wears a cowboy hat in Lone Wolf McQuide which was released in 1983 the year that this movie takes place.

lol...The only real mistake was not using Bug as a test subject for electric shock treatments...Although when Bug shot Billy, that was a perfect junkie move...lol.......I enjoyed the movie especially Timmy Oliphant. The story was funny and at times a little slow and slightly silly, but non the less probably accurate as far as the dopers involvement. The most perfect part was when the bank teller skied with the money...
