Am I the only one who was a little disappointed?

Now don't get me wrong, I'm not saying the game sucked. I was just disappointed with it. I personally felt, that this game was just the first movie done over again. The music was exactly the same, many of the locations were the same, and some of the ghosts were the same! Why play the video game, when you can watch the movie? You're basically getting the exact same experience. [spoiler] They even defeat the final boss exactly the same way as they defeated Gozer! The jokes were lame and never had me cracking up once! Not to mention, where was Dana? where was Oscar? where was Louis? I know Sigourney Weaver, and Rick Moranis both declined to be in the video game, but they could've at least given some explanation as to where they were. People can bash Ghostbusters II all they want, but Ghostbusters II was leaps and bounds better than this! Dan Aykroyd and Harold Ramis are both excellent writers, but the plot was nothing new. I was expecting a whole lot more than what was delivered, maybe I shouldn't of been, but I can't but feel a little disappointed.

Wait, you complain about the game being a remake of the original movie, you say "The ghosts are the same, the locations are the same", but you also complain about Dana and Louis and even that unnecessary baby from part 2 missing in the game?

You contradict yourself.

The jokes were ok in the game; in the original movies the jokes weren´t THAT funny either, you never laugh with tears in your eyes.
