Are there any gangster on this show?

...I'm just wondering, because not a single one of these guys seem tough , thug, hood, or gangster. Actually , some of the guys seem down right effeminate.

Macho cries like a little girl when he was eliminate. Protégé and Teddy look and act like they belong on the cover of "gay men weekly"/or OUT ,and Mito acts like he's been studying the movie "Boy's in the hood".

Does anyone think anyone of these guys are gangsters? Who do you think actual might be for Real, besides Blue, and maybe Baron?

NOTE:Fahim is acting, because no one could have been that damm dumb. While people might not know what to say to someone, everyone knows "WHAT NOT TO SAY".

You lookin' for you a thug in ya life, mama? Is that what it is?

LOL, no but I don't think ANY of them are true thugs... what true thug would even know to make a casting call to be on the show? They all seem well-spoken and cordial enough to know how to be a gent without the show.

My gut instinct tells me that Dirty comes the closest... Blue is a phony. He's just a lazy cat that needs to get on his grind and find a home. He may have done dirt in the past, but he comes off way too soft and sensitive to handle the rough streets.

Fahim was def fake and lying about how he had nowhere to go too, because he's over on iamonmtv.com responding to fans left and right. Where is getting access to a computer from? The subway terminal?

I think most of these guys are not true thugs but still have a "Billy Bad A$$" attitude. We all know guys like that who think their tough & want to be "hard".

He could be staying with a friend...either that or jail. Not sure how the comp privileges get worked out in the the joint.

That's exactly what I was thinking. They do not seem like they really need help at all.

I agree. I think Baron is the only one there who might have actually encounter some hard times. Blue seem a little bit slow.

You can tell Fahim was fake when he told that girl she smell like fish during a challenge ,and refuse to dress up. He 's pretending he do not know what to do, but everyone knows the basic. so Fahim is the fakest one there.

I don't know for sure, but I like watching this show. It all depends on how we define what a true gangster is. I've seen some highly polished ones...that at first glance...unrecognizable. ...it's a mental thing (attitude) crossin' all barriers.

Umm they are actors taken from actor pools, just like the other shows. This has all been out for at least 2 years now with these "reality" shows. Man there's still gullible people out there.

Yeah real thugs go on wimpy VH1 shows. They're models and actors.

Smiles...aw, hell, ...so you're sayin' it's more like Gilligan's Island? Hm, uh, we've been had (sees the light at the end of the tunnel). :-)
