Why do “black “movies try all this Uplifting?

Why can’t Black orated movies just be movies and not try to uplift people? They try to have some massage in the films about drugs or sex or how white people cannot be trusted etc.
Just make a movie that is funny or scary or whatever…
I tried to watch this because I have some friends who say how funny the series is ... well I guess not
