So Linda had every right to question his intentions towards Candice.

If this was about being a friend why would you show that in the story why turn this in to a love story last seconds of the film. Why are you still prepared to marry another women and not have second thoughts about marring her. You leave this woman that you were about to marry at the alter and run and tell this other female you love her after you find out a reason not to marry Linda. You where all set to marry her then find out she trump up some charges. Now I can't marry you now I see I love Candice and not you sorry Tyler Perry that was bad writing. Why not write that in movie. Why not show him to starting have feelings for her maybe a montage of him and her meeting and him helping her, seeing her change, seeing Linda for what she truly is and questioning his feelings for her. That would have been better showing Linda seeing them together and she's seeing there interaction and made her jealous and that drove her to it. Well that my opinion could have been so much better.
