I made a caw where his 3 flurries are all swing kicks, I try to attempt the fist of fury feature(xbox360 holding down RB and pressing X) but no luck. should i have a stored brawl meter or something?

Pedophiles need to know that God made midgets for a reason.

No, it should work.

Try only pressing X once
