Truck door opens after the nude seen (SPOILER)
The guy with the cowboy hat I first thought it was Rusty nail and thought "Dam, now the movie is ruined, I know how he looks!.

We see his face toward the end of the first movie. He's pretty much what one would expect a trucker to look like. Nothing special.
