Anyone else pissed at the blonde girl?

The main girl in this movie was such a bitch when trying to control the one guy for dressing up like a whore. She was like saying "oh your gonna do it" Then putting the knife to his neck. I can totally understand the guy for not wanting to do it. I know the blonde girl just wanted her fiance back, but it just wasn't worth it. All it lead to was her sister and the sister's boyfriend deaths. Oh yeah save 1, but kill 2.

I was pissed at all of them.

Sure, but it wasn't so much her trying to control the guy then her being a hypocritical little bitch. When she has to do something, say cutting her sister's finger off, there is no problem not listening. When it isn't her or someone she likes she has no problem with holding a scalpel to your neck demanding you do what he says. Sure, I get it, she saw her boyfriends finger so she is now "realizing the severity of the situation" but if I was that guy I would of just *beep* laughed at her then walked away.

Really, it was hilarious when she started to say *beep* like "I won't let anyone risk his life." So, uh, what the *beep* were you just doing ya dumb whore? And then the sister started talking *beep* to him....the best part was when she said "you better not bail on us, cause I'll call you out on it so damn fast." *beep* gold! I don't even know what else to say really except that the scene is a perfect example of why the screenwriters should give up and go home.

That being said, everyone in this movie was an idiot. This much was more then obvious from the second everyone decided to hand over their cellphones to be crushed, if you couldn't pick up on it from them breaking into a random house, stealing a car and leaving their phone number.

Anyways, this movie could of been a lot better if they went with another script.

I can understand Melissa attachment to her boyfriend Bobby, but it's was o.k for her to risk her life to save him,but I do not think she should have risk her sister life, and her sister's date 's life. When she first found out that Bobby had been kidnapped she should have went directly to the police, and let them deal with it. Melissa had no way of knowing rather or not she could trust Rusty, or rather or not Bobby was dead, half dead, or that he wasn't going to be killed after they did what ever Rusty told them to do.

If she had gone directly to the police, three things would have happened.
1. Rusty would have ripped Bobby to pieces.
2. The police probably wouldn't have been able to do jack about it because a, the friends knew very little about Rusty that could be used to identify him, and b, Rusty had a police scanner which would enable him to easily get away.
3. When the police eventually got the whole story, the friends would have been arrested for burglary and grand theft auto.

With Melissa and Nik in the car, if I were Melissa, I would have said something more along the lines of "Look, you got us into all this, now it's time for you to do your part!", because when you think about it, Nik was the cause of almost everything that happened. He was the one who broke into Rusty's house, it was his idea to steal the car, he worsened the situation by insulting all those truckers at the truck stop, etc.

I'd tell her to kill me. See what happens to you next.

The fact that she was ready to do anything to save her boyfriend's life was admirable. BUT the fact that she let her sister die without struggle that's messed up. And she didn't seemed to be affected by her death. No tears, no screaming. Some sister she is... Anyway! It was the scriptwriter's fault.

I hated that part. She committed a crime by doing this. It's like her boyfriend's life was more important than anyone else's, including her sister's!

reply

I agree OP she got on my nerves as if putting everyone else's lives in danger didn't matter as long as her fiance was okay. She really annoyed me in the scene where she's making... my bad FORCING Nick to dress up like a tranny. It was his choice not hers. She should have done it herself instead. If I was Nick I still wouldn't have done it. It's not like she would have really killed him she was just scaring him. She knew that she needed him or else she was screwed.

What is your guys' problem? The first time, she didn't want to cut off her sister's finger, so they tried to trick him. When they realized that that didn't work and that Rusty was serious, they decided that they would stick to his demands no matter what.

Why are people complaining that she was ok to not obey Rusty when it concerned her sister, but then forced Nik to go out dressed in drag? Things had changed, they became aware that this guy really was a psycho and that he was serious. Plus, Nik's task was just to get some crystal meth. That's it. It didn't concern cutting up body parts or anything.

Of course, Nik was afraid that the truckers would kill him, as cross-dressers can be victims of intolerance and hate. But that's an acceptable risk. She wasn't sending him to his death. Whereas had they not obeyed Rusty, it's certain that Bobby would have been killed.

She realized that they had to stick to the letter to his demands, and frankly, I certainly would have reacted in the same way.

As for the whole police thing, have you actually watched the movie? Hello?! Rusty can tell whenever the police make announcements and stuff. He'll know the instant the police set out to search for him. Instant death to Bobby!

Please. Yes, there were some illogical stuff, but for the most part, I areed with how the main female character wanted to proceed.

The hole in the plot here is that if Nik refused and she'd kill him. Then Rusty Nails would kill Bobby too.

So this does not make any sense. And when her sister died she didn't even care.

The writers made her a total douche that only cared about herself.

Yeah, she was the cause of Rusty Nutsack finding out in the first place. If Rusty Nutsack were a normal dude and not a psycho, he could have colled the police on them and had them arrested for breaking and entering, burglary, vandalism, grand theft auto, and probably some other charges too. It would be best to steal the car, don't get finger prints on it or leave evidence, don't leave any info, when you get to the rental car lot, ditch the car and switch cars, and then let things work out on their own. Giving out info was stupid. You can't just mess other people's property and expect them to be fine with it. If someone messed up my place like that I wouldn't care if they were in desperate need of the car, I'd bring charges against them to the full extent of the law.

What did she mean by saying "I'll call you out on it so damn fast"?

reply

Well she wanted to save her fiance. She took a chance that all might make it out alive.
