Not the same Rusty Nail???

The voice of the first Joy Ride was done by Buffalo Bill from Silence of the Lambs. This one doesn't sound exactly the same nor does the guy look like him. Just wondering if someone knew. Just curious. Thanks!!!!

Its a different guy and voice in each Joyride film.
