chowder and other cartoon network dvds

Why doesn't cartoon network put out more dvd's of their shows? I am a huge fan of chowder and flapjack and have the dvd's of both and have been waiting for quite some time for them to put out the rest only to be disappointed. Anyone know if there are any plans for more dvd's and if not what hell cartoon networks problem is? Perhaps we should get a petition together it worked for Freakazoid.
