Chowder and the Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack are two of the greatest cartoons in history. If you like chowder definitely check out MMoF. For me Flapjack is one step over chowder, but just barely. Kudos to CN for putting on these two gems, even if they are neighboring crap like george of the jungle and total drama island.

i say Chowder is closer to Courage the Cowardly Dog humor. it can get dark and just weird.

As good as Chowder is, I can think of better kids cartoons, such as Invader Zim, but Chowder is up there.

Never really got into Flapjack, though.

I agree wholeheartedly. These are two quality shows that not only have interesting/humorous storylines, but are visually stunning in terms of artwork. Lovelovelove these shows. :)

Chowder is awesome, Flapjack... not so much. Flapjack is just a Spongebob rip off.

I am so sick of hearing this. Point out all the fundamental ways Flapjack actually rips off SpongeBob for me, because I would love to know how it copies the show rather than them having just a few similarities that many children's shows of this time contain.

Chowder, I first thought the commercials looked stupid. But, after watching it, I quickly became a fan. The title character's so friggin adorable and innocent, it's just a cute cartoon, overall!

Flapjack, I've said this once, twice, thrice, but it walks the fine line between super cute(Flapjack himself is uber adorable, as is Bubbie) and very distubing. Some of the disturbing aspects are almost nightmarish, at least to me. But it's a good cartoon. Love that little song Flapjack sings about the Seaweed Babies, "Do you see, do you see, do you see seaweed?...". Really cute song!!

Total Drama Island, I also pre-judged it. I'm such a REAL hater of reality shows. Hate Survivor, hate Real World, Fear Factor and such. And that WAS out of experience, giving them a try and realizing reality shows are FAR from reality. Well, I said, "Oh man, I knew the reality show trend was ridiculous, but having a faux reality show cartoon....stupid idea!!!!". I was wrong. After catching it, man, that show cracks me UP! Unlike real reality shows, TDI has some actual likable characters. The concepts are totally farfetched, it pokes MAJOR fun at reality television! That's why I love it!!

I DON'T like the new George of the Jungle. WTF?! I remember classic George, back when he was not unlike Rocky & Bullwinkle and Dudley Do-Right! That was the George I knew and loved. This modernization of him is a pure joke. It's as bad as all those remakes we keep getting of older television series becoming movies(Starsky & Hutch, The Honeymooners, Miami Vice). Seriously, I actually liked My Gym Partner Is A Monkey better than the new George cartoons!!
