How could she have never been told that she had a living Grandma who lived in Auschwitz and umm, that she was Jewish? Does anyone talk to each other in these movies?? Annnd her Dad sure went on one long ass business trip! STAY GOLD. "MY BUSINESS IS TO CREATE"

And when she found out she didn't even hug her and cry. Oh, that d*mn dybbuk.

And Jane Alexander (who is usually very good) had a poor accent.

And also, why didn't the Grandma make her own daughter have an exorcism? After all, She was given the chimes knowledge.STAY GOLD. "MY BUSINESS IS TO CREATE"

She does say early in the movie that her mum was adopted. And her mum only went to see her Grandmother when the spirit enter her life and she went mad. So its not surprising she wouldn't mention it.
