Know she was pregnant the whole time?

My theory is that she found out she was pregnant and that triggered a mental breakdown where most of the film is hallucinations/her mind warping reality.

I'm just putting this out there because at the start of the film she has brown eyes but by the end her eyes are blue. HOWEVER when she's getting the ultrasound and realises she's expecting twins her eyes are brown.

So did she know and was the whole film about her deep denial since she kept asking why is was happening now, did she know deep down and was she just too scared to deal with the unplanned pregnancy?

I'm watching this now and her boyfriend told her she was being hormonal, she didn't drink any alcohol when they were at the club and then she threw up in the bathroom.

I don't think you can "hormone" your way into creating all that chaos, mayhem and possession and death that happened in the final act.

Agreed. Plus some of the stuff happened without her around. Primarily the dog with Gary Oldman's character. Romy was attacked before she showed up but could make the case that it was actually her attacking her or something but I don't see that. Especially with Mark present as well.

Did she know she was pregnant the whole time?

Didn't anyone else think it was strange that Mark the boyfriend hinted to her being pregnant. He told her she is being hormonal and gets her a non-alcoholic drink. Some how he suspects and treats her as such but it isn't until the end of the film that Casey finally takes a pregnancy test to confirm it.
