Really? Because as we know Roman wasn't in the US when it happened.
I know Roman was always open, never private about the murders because he wanted people to catch the murderers, that's why he allowed photos of his wife to be released.
But do you think that this film will portray the alleged rape incident of the minor? Because he has never been convicted the case can only be assumed as alledged, can't it, though he's not in a case to sue.
Obviously Polanski has had to approve this bio-opic so I guess that incident will not feature at all.

He wasn't, but I guess it'd be weird to make a film about Polanski's life without showing his wife's murder in the 60's. Same thing about the alleged rape incident.
The pictures he allowed to be released to the press was his pictures standing by the bloody front door of the house where Sharon was killed, not pictures of her dead.
If you're talking about her publicity pics, they've always been in the press, she was a celebrity, there was no point on taking them off after she died.

Yes, the film portrayed the rape sequence. I'll give you that the "rape" was alleged because he was never convicted, the statuary rape is not alleged, he admitted having sex with her and she was 13 at the time, so he was guilty of knowingly having sex with an underage girl, if he forced her or not isn't really a question, he knew she was 13 and decided to have sex with her regardless, hence his leaving the country before he could be convicted. And as a public figure who gave up US citizenship, anything available to the public, interviews, police records, eyewitness reports, does not have to be ok'd by him, as an example do celebrities get to ok what the media reports on their public actions or if they have been arrested?

Alleged? He drugged, raped and sodomized a little girl. It's rape-straight up.
