What do you guys think the games gonna be?
What would you prefer, Third Person or FPS?
I believe it is gonna be a Thrid Person Actioner...
Unless they can "Goldeneye" it.

i prefer FPS's myself, but I like 3PS as well. I dont really care which of the two it is, as long as it's a good game

First person when playing but when doing jumps or combat with fists it switches to third person.
I know cause IGN have written an article about it.
The trailer for the film is astonishing and looks as though it could beat Casino royale imo becuase it looks as though it has a great story and AWESOME ACTION AND LOCATIONS! I can't wait to see that stuff rendered on my 360 :D
I just hope the game somewhat lives up to the film. They made the best shooter ever when Goldeneye came out which to me proves they can make another hit. Maybe not as good but still bloody awesome!
Goldeneye was produced by Rare. This is Activision, so there's no guarantee that it'll be good, although Activision does have pretty good track record, so I'm hopeful...

Well I'm expecting it to be at least as good as Everything Or Nothing or I'll be disappointed.
The problem is that this is actually based on the movie so they've got less to go on so it'll be more of a challange.
They could expand a few bits can't they?
They did in GoldenEye. EG. When did Bond go to Severnaya, get captured in that bunker, escape with Natalya etc? Never.
And in Tomorrow Never dies, at the start of the film Bond was in Arms Bazzaar. Firwst level in the game was set slightly before it. Not to mention that other snow level with that dude.
I've never played World is not enough, so I don't knowwhat extra levels are in it.
I think the most exciting thing about this is it will be using the storyline from Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace , how great will it be to be chasing that bomber through the construction site on Royale.Here is a picture of him jumping off a building

To be honest, I'd rather prefer TPS instead of FPS, although lately the action related games that I've been playing are FPS (CoD 2, Cod 4, Rainbox Six: Vegas, a little bit of CS, among others) so either way, I think I'll do good playing this, one way or the other.
Someone above mentioned that it doesn't really matter if it's FPS or TPS, as long as this game is similar to 007: EON. (The game style obviously) and I have to agree, because EoN was one the only 007 game that I really enjoyed playing (from recent consoles).
clumsyjonny: I only played like 5 levels of "TWINE" (good old PSX times!) and I remember that they added a level, which you don't get to see in the film, I think it's the 2nd of 3rd level if I'm not mistaken, right after Bond escapes from the swiss banker office in Bilbao, in the game, you had an extra level, escaping thru the town until the MI6 HQ, in the film, after Bond escapes by smashing the window and rappelling down the building, the next scene is Bond talking to "M" and Robert King in her office. So there were probably more levels added, I remember the ones you mentioned from TND, and I played that like 7 years ago! (Gotta love the Kaufmann level, and the Printing press one too)
The game is gonna be based on Casino Royale and Quantum Of Solace. The chasing part of the bomber would be a really good mission. And shooting inside the Casino. This game is going to be the best Bond game ever!!. I like the 1st Person Shooter and 3rd Person Action
