Is there any good cheats codes?

I was wondering if there a cheat code to unlock all chapters, since I am having a rather diffcult time defeating Alex Dimitirvos. Pressing the button the first time is easy, but doing the second time is harder, since he kicks James.

Defeating Alex was easy, the entire game was easy, and i'm the kind of person who goes for cheat codes at the start of the game!
