Terrible photoshopping

One of the worst montage jobs I have seen in a long time. Those sideburns

They really are bad. Especially the first one you posted. Brosnans face isn't even angled right for the shot. Funny as hell!

reply

They are hilarious. Polanski must have edited them himself to save money. I can do a better job on my mobile phone.

I have to think that this is intentional on his part. The Ninth Gate also has photoshopping that looks so bad that everyone notices it. Maybe to make us aware that we're watching a movie.. maybe he just doesn't give a *beep* Either way.. I can dig it.

reply

also children of men had some horrible photoshopping too

Seriously. It made me suspicious that it was supposed to be noticed as a clue or something.

reply

It's so bad you can't help but feel it was intentional.

Actually, they really overused special effects in this movie. It could have been done without special effects. Did you see the water at the beginning when he was looking down from the ferry? Why didn't they just film some water? It looked like it was taken from at video game.

It reminds me of the cat from catwomen. It's just a cat sitting. And the French director didn't film a cat, he used a CGI cat. Why?

reply

I noticed that too, I think it is just after he sees the fatal accident poster

reply

It was, it was foreshadowing to the revelation he was a CIA asset

reply

i noticed that too! it is hard to believe such an oversight on a 45million dollar film.

That was intentional. It was supposed to imply that he was a CIA puppet
