Somehow, a mix of big-studio quality, with some pretty big names, and some decent camera/sound work, with what appeared to be a first-time director's art-film project. Very amateurish and hammy in certain ways. I've never seen this kind of mix before.

In many ways, not that bad, if you just want to be distracted for a couple hours. Rose was hot. His wife wasn't bad either. Dawson was a little annoying, but usually is.

Director may have potential for future films.

Yes I agree, it was a strange mix. Good actors in Hamm and Lucas and I even like Van Der Beek. But the whole thing felt lifetime like.

Yes, it felt poor and amateurish to me as well. Even the decent cast didn't provide good acting, thanks to the dreadful writing, uninspired dialogues, bland story and slow pacing.

Boycott movies that involve real animal violence! (and their directors too)
