Ashton could do well in Steve Jobs biopic
After seeing this film, I have concluded that there's a shot at Ashton doing a serviceable job in the upcoming Steve Jobs' biopic. He can't cry very well (just about the only scene I didn't like), but doubt Steve Jobs cried much. I never watched "2 - 1/2 Men" but what can you discern from a tv sitcom? Haven't seen too many of his other films, just rom-coms. In this film, he showed anger, disbelief, shyness, happiness, boredom, annoyance . . . pretty good!
Aside: I actually liked the film. Held together well. Interesting plot. Message to it? None. My takeaway -- gun control needed! family's responsibilities toward guns needed! better prosecutors needed!
Ignorant mobs don't get to win.
