For each season they combined all the episodes into one episode, I wonder why. I do love this show though, a great watch

I just discovered it on Netflix too, I recognized Felicia Day from her work on Supernatural so I checked it out. I think it was a web series so the "seasons" aren't the same as a regular TV season.

If you like Day you should check out Dr Horrible's Sing-along blog, I believe it's still on Netflix

The episodes are 5-ish minutes long each so why separate them?

I personally prefer watching the show that way. They also did it that way on the DVD set. I think it feels more like a mini movie, which again, is more appealing to me.

When I watched season 6 online, I got tired of having to watch that intro every couple of minutes.

Imagine how much load time tgis would be to watch the series. Id pass on that.
