Decent re-make, but if you've seen the original....

I was eager to watch it, having seen the original many times.

It was decent, but two leading actors couldn't quite match the emotional intensity of CYF and LT from the original.

Plus, the soundtrack was much more engaging in the 1986 classic.

Maybe people will like this movie better if they haven't seen the original, but there is just no comparison.

I found myself digging through my DVD collection, checking out the REAL ABT soon after finished watching this one.

Don't get your hopes up with this one.
