Emmy Snub

I know that this show has not enjoyed the success as most of the shows that have received nominations for an Emmy, but seriously...Thomas Jane (Mentalist) over Ian McShane for best actor in a dramatic series? That is so bad it isn't even comical.

What it is *beep* disrespectful!!!

I think it was Simon Baker who was nominated for the Emmy. Anyway, I'm pretty sure there's a cut-off for those award shows. I think Kings missed that cut-off, so there's still hope for next year's award show.

The cut-off is in May, so "Kings" made it. However, they could be nominated next year for the episodes that started in June.

Simon Baker...thats it. It just didnt look right when i put down Thomas Jane :p.

That would be hilarious if Ian McShane was nominated and won next year for a show that had been canceled for over a year and half.

Kings was nominated for at least 9 Emmys but didn't make the cut in any of the categories. Too bad. It was a quality show that was "silently allowed to die". Didn't even end with dignity or a closure. A POX on you NBC

See, now, that makes some sense.
There's just no way in Hades that acting, writing and cinematography this good could go completely without recognition!
