I have big-little crushes on these guys.They make this show worth watching, even if it's not too great.

I love Michael Ian Black. You can tell he doesn't want to be there, and is unabashedly unenthusiatic about being there in the first place. This results in him being more serious than the others, resulting in a commentary with bite
