In 2012,pretty much every "type","style" or "theme" of movies has been done already,so everything is a "rip-off"...it's a very moronic argument to start with.
People who are stupid enough to think like that should just stop watching movies altogether and spare us the BS.
I don't think he has, as machete-rape is still considered sick, low-brow and exploitative. When he start hearing about a machete-rape scene that is praised by critics as "Brave", "outstanding" and the "greatest thing in the history of cinema", that's when we'll know that QT had something to do with it.

As this film is already a ripoff or homage to other films, I can't see why Tarantino would need to draw any inspiration from it. Lady Snowblood this is not.
