It's short for video, meaning that it's released straight to dvd.

shareI was tempted to start the classic topic "Is this the worst movie ever made" to which you would all add another list of terrible films. But the last answer, V means aVoid, is excellent. No waste of letters or words, and say it all. Avoid this film, dear friends who enjoy B-movies and cheap CGI dinos. Some films can still be funny because of their weaknesses. Bad acting, stupid story, unbelievable situations, absurd scientific rubbish, laud horrible music and first degree characters could still be saved by a touch of humour. But unfortunately not in this case. The film is boring and I am just sad that the Tyranausaurus Rex did not swallow the film director and his entire crew.

It's an indicator of how disappionting this movie is.
If it has a V rating, you'd be less disappointed if you opened the box and a viper came out and bit your junk.
A rating of PC means that the experience is similar to Phil Collins emerging from your dvd player and biting your junk.
The rating HO means that watching this movie is indistinguishable from putting your junk on a Hot Oven.
I could go on and on, but the quality of the jokes would deteriorate and would all be associated with the viewer's junk.
If you were offended in any way by the preceding post, go make one yourself.
