Big Bang, 'Ssonda'

I loved this film, it's a shame so few people have ever even seen it.
If I were to describe it, it would be something like a Korean version of "Nothing to Lose" (Tim Robbins, Martin Lawrence) with a generally darker tone of humour and a lot more drama.

This won't tell you exactly where to find it (since it's listed as out of stock) but it'll give you an idea of what to look for. :)

Big Bang, 'Ssonda' is one of my favorite movie. This korean movie with two talented actors: Woo-seong Kam & Su-ro Kim and fine line story is so good and impressive.

Just watched it. It's a nice flick. Really don't know why it is so unknown...

You mentioning Nothing to Lose made me realise how similar the theme of broship shared by it and Big Bang are. Even the personalities of the lead duos in the two are remarkably similar.

Taking it a step further, I'd describe Big Bang as a mix of Nothing to Lose and Falling Down. The tone of the film was more like Nothing to Lose, but its story of a man on his way down as the police chase after him clearly took a lot from Falling Down.

No idea why it's so unknown, compared to other SK titles. I put it on the #4 spot on my IMDB list, just now. It's one of the best films I've ever seen.

It was slammed by critics and audiences when it first came out back in 2007.
But for me I thought this was a great film with tribute to "Butch Cassidy and Sundance Kid" at its end.
Yes, it's a shame that nobody really seeks out this film to watch anymore.

Thumbs Up, Thumbs Down and a Wagging Finger of Shame
