What is Julie eating with the long string of cheese coming from her mouth? Could it be French Onion soup?

If I remember correctly, it was JULIA "fighting" with the cheese atop the French Onion Soup. Floating Island is a dessert and though there were references to it, it was never shown on screen.

They made reference to Floating Island and then showed French Onion Soup with the traditional toast (baguette) and Swiss cheese on top. I thought watching the film, that's not right, meaning, that's not a "Floating Island", never heard the soup called that. It is a desert with meringue floating on top of a pudding.
