It had potential (spoilers)

The story had potential. Matt Long and Jessica Stoup have talent. Lazy wiring and casting Mischa Barton are what keep this from being worthwhile thriller.

I only have time for 2 examples though many await pointing out. 1. Why the hell would Shelby tape every piece of incriminating evidence linking her to killing her mother under the toilet tank? The pics make sense as some kind of trophy, but the documents are simply a lazy exposition to this "revelation" that we guess from Shelby and Elizabeth's dialogue.

2. We can't be expected to believe she never noticed the personalized embroidery in the jacket she stole from Elizabeth to give to Mike.
And okay, 3. How is MIke.supposed to not only walk.after being shot in the knee cap but also carry his girlfriend? She can't walk on a sprained ankle, but he carry a human being after being knee capped? I'm all about suspension of disbelief and overlooking continuity for good performances and cinematography and writing, but come on, that's just lazy. Ruined what would've been a decent twist on Miserys plot.
